This picture was taken on the bridge of the Manuels river, just minutes off the CBS Highway. It is hard to park to get to this spot, normally you must be headed eastbound and there is a small opening in the gate where you can squeeze a car in, but be careful for all the traffic, it is very dangerous. You have to walk about 30 seconds from the parking lot to the bridge where this picture was taken.
