This is a view of the Beluga Airbus that landed in St. John's Airport on May 18, 2009. There are only 5 of these made in the world and were specially designed to carry Airplane parts. It can handle a max Payload of over 100,000 lbs. What an amazing aircraft, a real treat to see it here in Newfoundland. You can park your car and walk the trails behind the buildings to get near the De-icing station if you ever wish to see any other aircrafts that may be in the de-icing station at the St. John's airport.
