This is where the channel opens to the Atlantic Ocean. Both cliffs are very high, a good one hundred feet or more. The view is amazing. A place that all people should visit when coming to St. John's. It is only about 15 minutes drive from Downtown St. John's, worth the time to drop by for a look. This picture is taken right off the cliffs in front of the Battery Heritage Site, a very historical place to visit as well while in the area.
